Despina Rizopoulos is a New York City-based cinematographer, photographer, and filmmaker.

Her photography and cinematography are rooted in practices she honed while studying under the documentary program at the Prague Film School and with photography programs at Oberlin College.

 

Her affinity for physical creation and visual storytelling has led to her working with physical film and animation within her work.​​
